Top man Tony
By: Web Editor
Dear Malc,...I would just like to say what a great article on Tony Scott, especially the picture of Hizzy on page 26, check the back wheel off the ground, amazing.
Wouldn't it be great if Tony were to write a book on engine tuning now he is retired, it could be the modern version of John Robinson's tuning bible.
Now we are in the close season I would have thought you could have swelled the pages by showing some track action pictures from the Classic Racer track day.
I must add that I was a bit disappointed by the pictures from the Goodwood meeting, (previous issue). Can’t the new boys from BSB having an outing at least get in the spirit and don some black leathers instead of their usual billboard ones, or is it just me! All the same great magazine, keep it up.

Pleased you are enjoying the magazine Brian. I couldn’t agree more about Tony Scott, even with all he’s achieved he’s an incredibly modest man. Sorry we couldn’t get more in from our track day, we never have enough pages, dictated by simple economics, at any time of year – Malc
